JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Sr. Account Executive to lead day-to-day client relationships, manage annual programs, and successfully implement effective campaigns. This high-energy candidate must be results-oriented, a creative problem solver, and skilled at delivering integrated marketing communications across digital and traditional platforms.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Key Requirements Include:
- A four-year degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
- 5-7 years of agency experience with a track record of success and business results are necessary.
- Experience managing comprehensive, integrated campaigns, including robust digital and interactive elements.
- Must be able to demonstrate strategic plan development and implementation skills through previously completed work.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and clients for growth of the business.
- A passion for creative excellence, strategic accuracy, and measured results is necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to work within complex client organizations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day execution of client plans and programs,
- Compile and evaluate marketing data and information to make informed and strategic recommendations.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and client expectations.
- Build strong and rewarding client relationships.
- Play a key contributing role in planning development for annual programs.
- Manage client programs to profitable outcomes for the agency, delivering against an established forecast.
